The two-story
mountain house is located at the end of a private drive in a quiet scenic
mountain area with complete privacy. The house has a front porch located off
the living area, and an open air deck located off the master bedroom which
overlooks a small stream coming from the mountains. House has a native stone
fireplace going up two stories, and has open beam ceilings upstairs &
downstairs. House has ceramic tile floors in the first floor kitchen &
bath, & plush carpeting throughout the living and bedroom areas. The
kitchen has oak cabinetry, ceramic tile counter tops, kitchen walls have spice
tiles, built in microwave, under counter dishwasher, all appliances, and is
fully equipped with dishes and cookware. The house has three bedrooms and two
baths. The master bedroom is located on the first floor & has a queen size
bed and has an adjacent bath. The upstairs of the house has two bedrooms with a
bath located in between them. One bedroom has a full size bed and the other has
two twin beds. Roll away beds are available upon request to sleep larger
parties. The house has a washer & dryer.

The main chalet house
is located on the second and third floors of the chalet house complex. The
second floor has a spacious living/dining/kitchen living area, suitable for
large group gatherings, one bathroom, and a large deck/porch that surrounds 3
sides of the house on that level. The house has a private yard and a good view
of the surrounding mountains. The kitchen has a large counter area suitable for
buffet food service for larger groups, under counter dishwasher, microwave, all
appliances, and is equipped with dishes and cookware. There are two charcoal
grills & a picnic table located on the outside deck for grilling. The third
floor has 3 bedrooms and a second bath. One bedroom has a queen bed, and two of
the bedrooms have two full size beds each. Roll away beds are available on
request for larger parties, or the chalet house apartment located on the first
floor may be rented additionally. (Another large vacation home is located
within easy walking distance to this unit for parties who need additional
rentals for larger groups) This house & apartment has Direct TV Satellite
television reception.

The main country
house is located on the second floor level of the country house complex. The
house has a large living/dining/kitchen area suitable for larger group
gatherings. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master bedroom has a queen bed,
and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third
bedroom has a full size bed. A second bath is located off the hall way to serve
the rest of the house. Roll away beds are available on request for loarger
parties, or the country house apartment located on the first floor may be
rented additionally. ( Another large vacation home is located within easy
walking distance to this unit for parties who need additional rentals for
larger groups). The house has a utility room with washer & dryer. A large
covered front porch is located off the living area & is equipped with
rocking chairs for your enjoyment of the mountain setting. The well organized
kitchen has a microwave, all appliances, and is equipped with dishes and
cookware. This house has very easy access for RV units or for vehicles pulling
trailers with boats.

The Graystone House
is in the scenic mountains near the Nantahala River Gorge. The house is built
of native mountain rock and has a native stone fireplace in the living area. It
has a front porch with rockers, and views of the tall mountains surrounding the
Nantahala River Gorge. This vacation rental cabin has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths.
Two of the bedrooms have a queen bed, and one has a king bed. Two of the
bedrooms have their own private bathroom, and there is a 3rd bath at the end of
the hall to serve the other bedroom and the rest of the house. Two of the
bedrooms have a TV with VCR/DVD. The Graystone Cabin has satellite TV in the
cozy living area. The full kitchen has a side by side freezer/refrigerator with
ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, basic appliances, and is
equipped with dishes and cookware. The kitchen has a large counter area
suitable for buffet food service for larger groups. There is a cement deck in
the back of the house off of the kitchen area with a charcoal grill. This house
has very easy access for RV units or for vehicles pulling trailers with
boats.
